Information Technology Manager 2000 – 2005

•   Responsible for IT department; all technology functions, budget and personnel for distribution company. Report to VP IT and Director of Logistics.
•   Business process reengineering and system development for ERP, EDI & WMS applications.
•   Design and deploy CAN (Campus Area Network) including buried fiber, wifi, ethernet.
•   Upgraded all networks from Novell to Active Directory.
•   Designed and implemented web based Vendor ASN system for our overseas vendors who were not EDI capable. Integrated with EDI and ERP systems.
•   Implemented new EDI translator (Gentran Server). Converted from legacy EDI translator.
•   Team lead for rollout of BI system, design data mining scheme, dashboard development using DB2 with Cubeviews and Infosphere. Data mining and ETL process.

Project Leader – WMS & EDI 1995 – 1999

•   Lead systems/business analyst on development team for new warehouse & distribution operations. Custom pick systems, receiving and production processes, order flow, customer service, reverse logistics and call center. Used industry standard methodologies to implement first class operation.
•   Project Leader during design, development and deployment of new fully integrated WMS system to systemize this new warehouse design and environment.
•   Worked on team to form new Distribution Company.   Helped setup HR department including time clocks and payroll software. Helped develop business process for interaction between parent and child companies.
•   Source and Implement new real time RF handheld computer system for warehouse workers.
•   Develop and implement new bar code printing module for ERP system to support GS1/128 label structures, tie into new WMS system for ASN creation.

•   Implemented new ERP System – conversions from CISPUB and MAI Basic Four to Mas90.
•   Migrated EDI System to new platform and Implement Automated EDI processing by coupling Translator to ERP system
